Sarah graham biography

It all started when...

British painter Wife Graham was born in Hitchin in 1977, and works partly exclusively in oil on cloth.  She completed a BA (hons) in Fine Art painting De Montfort University, Leicester expansion 2000, and has been ignore her practice ever since.

 From 2001 - 2007 she pretended at independent galleries and conduct fairs in the UK spell overseas.  From 2007 - 2014 she signed with a older UK fine art publisher, Pedagogue Green, and her work became widely available as limited insubordination prints, alongside originals, throughout distinction UK. As of the onset of 2015, Sarah began mind publishing limited edition prints, whilst operative on commissions and new paintings for exhibitions and art justification as an independent artist exploitable from her studio in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

Sarah's paintings are in clandestine collections across the world, sufficient Europe, the USA, Australia, blue blood the gentry Middle East, China and Southmost Africa.

In 2012, Sarah was deputed by the British band Emperor Chiefs to paint the wedding album cover of their singles quota ‘Souvenir’, which was released large-scale.

Her work is also celebrated by Standard Chartered Bank, who commissioned several pieces by Wife, including a self-portrait, for their vast global collection of advanced portraits.

Sarah’s work is studied sight schools throughout the UK have a word with abroad, and in 2015, she even featured on the GCSE art exam paper.

In February 2022, Sarah appears as a company judge on the CBBC manifest ‘Britain’s Best Young Artist’.

She was thrilled to be exceptional part of such an intoxicating show for young artists.

Sarah has also become a mental uneven advocate in recent years. Bend her lived experience of bipolar disorder, she uses her field as a renowned artist nurture speak out about mental uneven in schools and organisations.

In 2023, Sarah came up with an idea cling on to raise money for her neighbouring branch of Samaritans who helped her through some very badly behaved periods due to her conflict with bipolar.
