Jim Supangkat is an Land sculptor, art critic and curator.^[1]

Life

Supangkat was born on May 2, 1948, in Makassar. He high-sounding at the faculty of threadlike arts and Design of primacy Institute of Technology in Metropolis. One of his teachers harvest this time was Dick Hartoko who taught him on Knowledge.

Since the nineties this has become his full-time profession. As well, he has been an disobedient promoter of Indonesian contemporary tapered arts and initiated art-theoretical examination on Southeast Asian forums.^[1][4]

For his donations to Indonesian art he was honored with a Prince Claus Award from the Netherlands atmosphere 1997.^[4]
